With the Intellibox ® Basic you are fully equipped for digital operation. It offers you all the digital driving functions you need on your model railway layout.
Everything in a box
The Intellibox® Basic is powerful and affordable and therefore the ideal control center for model railroaders who want to get into the digital technology and still want to have all the important functions of a digitally controlled driving operation.
It can drive 32 locomotives simultaneously and switch up to 2048 turnouts and signals.
Various data formats
The Intellibox Basic can be operated on 2- or 3-wire systems. Locomotive, function, point and switching decoders in the DCC and Motorola data format of different manufacturers can be operated simultaneously on one system.
Connect with what you want
Additional digital components are easily and conveniently connected to the Intellibox Basic via LocoNet, the universal model railroad network.
With clear display
The LCD display with backlight has a clearly structured user interface. For the displays in the control panel can be selected as language German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish and Danish.
central processing unit
The central office coordinates the individual components, processes the incoming data and generates the different digital signals.
Two speed controllers
With the two speed controllers, two locomotives can be independently controlled via large, handy rotary controls. The encoders without limit stop automatically take over the stored speed of the newly selected locomotives when the locomotive is changed. The speed controllers can be used as DC coaches with mid-position or as AC transformers with reversing switch button.
128 speed-9999 decoder addresses
The number of available speed steps and addresses depends on the respective decoder brand. The Intellibox Basic basically supports all speed levels and decoder addresses that the decoders offer from home.
10000 locomotive special functions
In DCC mode, the Intellibox Basic supports up to 10,000 special functions per locomotive. Yes, you read it right. The functions f0-f12 can be switched directly, the other functions by number input on the keyboard.
With the Intellibox Basic every LISSY receiver can be monitored. If a locomotive with a LISSY transmitter is detected, the locomotive address will be displayed in the middle of the Intellibox display.
At the push of a button, without entering the locomotive address or locomotive name, the loco can be transferred to the cruise control, which has passed a defined LISSY receiver.
The keyboard switches 320 Märklin, or 2048 DCC-Magnetartikel. The turnout position or signal position is shown in the display.
The Intellibox can evaluate up to 2048 responses. The condition of the track sections can then be read directly on the display of the Intellibox.
The integrated, powerful booster delivers a maximum output current of 3 A. The output is protected against short circuit.
The programming of Uhlenbrock Motorola or DCC-compatible decoders is clear and easy thanks to the menu-driven user interface.
